General Conditions
We offer fast worldwide delivery services.
Delivery timelines are estimates and delays may inevitably occur. Time shall not be considered of the essence.
We do not deliver on Sundays or respective public holidays observed in the order destination country. Order delivery may face delays during promotion periods, sale seasons, and public holidays. During the Holy Month of Ramadan, delivery times may be extended due to adjusted operational hours.
We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your order or if you request a postponement of the delivery.
Delivery Timelines:
Dubai

Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed between 12:00 AM and 2:00 PM (GST), Monday to Saturday.

Next-Day Delivery: Applies to orders placed after 2:00 PM and before 11:59 PM (GST), Monday to Friday.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday and before 11:59 PM on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
Other Emirates
Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah and Al Ain orders are delivered within two business days after being placed on our website.
GCC Countries (other than the UAE)
All orders to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman are delivered within 2-3 business days and are free of charge.
We cover all import duties and customs fees for orders shipped to the GCC countries.
Worldwide Delivery
All worldwide orders are delivered within 4 business days.
Orders with a total amount exceeding the USD 300 equivalent (in AED or any other currency) qualify for free shipping.
