“Tone” and “Tone Footwear” brands are operated by Good Vibes Shoe Trading Co. LLC (“We” or “Tone”) which is domiciled in Dubai, UAE. 

The complete office address of Good Vibes Shoe Trading Co. LLC is Office 601-0318, Owned by BAYAN RELIANT GENERAL TRADING L.L.CO (DUBAI BRANCH), Dubai Investments Park 1, Dubai, UAE. 

By accessing our website www.tonefootwear.com or www.tonefootwear.ae (the “website”) and using our services, the customers and visitors (“you) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

For the avoidance of doubt, apart from the UAE, the countries comprising the GCC region include the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar and Oman. 

When we refer to a “business” day(s), we mean business days in the UAE.

Please read them carefully before placing an order (an Order”) or using our platform.


1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchase made through it.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and other rules and polices available on our website at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. When you place an Order for products or services through the website, you are deemed to have consented to the latest version of the Terms and Conditions then posted on our website. 

If a change in law takes effect which requires us to change our Terms and Conditions after you have placed an Order but before it has been accepted by us, you acknowledge that the change will apply to your Order. In all other cases, the version of the Terms and Conditions posted on the website at the time your Order was placed will apply.


2. Authenticity & Brand Partnerships

We take pride in offering only 100% authentic footwear and accessories. We work directly (or through duly authorised distributors) with all the brands we represent, ensuring that every item available on our website is sourced exclusively from official brand partners and authorised distributors.

Our curated selection features premium, sustainable, and innovative footwear brands, carefully chosen to reflect our commitment to quality, style and responsible fashion. We do not engage in third-party reselling, and all products listed on our website are guaranteed to be genuine and original.

By shopping with us, you can trust that you are purchasing from an authorised and reputable retailer, dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience and access to some of the most sought-after sneaker and footwear releases.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or access the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

By placing an Order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Customers using the website who are minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.


4. Products and Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.

In case of unavailability after placing an Order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.


5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in AED (or in your home currency depending on your location) and include VAT where applicable. Where you purchase using a payment card denominated in a different currency to AED, the payment will be subject to the currency exchange rate applied by your card issuer at the time your payment is completed. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees.
 

The prices of item displayed on the website do not include any fee chargeable for services you may select as checkout, delivery costs, or duties to which the Order may be subject to. Any such additional costs will be calculated and added to the Order price at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery rules at as well as the Exchanges and Returns rules for further details on delivery options.

Payments can be made via Mastercard (debit and credit), Visa (debit and credit), Union Pay, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, JCB, Samsung Pay, Urpay, Mada, STC Pay, Sadad or Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. 

Currently, the COD option is only available for orders from the GCC Countries. 

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (IBAN required) or as a store credit. Customers are responsible for providing accurate banking information.

By entering your payment details onto our website, you warrant and represent that you are duly authorised to use that payment method for the purchase of the Order. 

We reserve the right to decline Orders without any liability to you where we reasonably believe the payment method used was not authorised for such use, where we are unable to validate or verify the payment method, or if we suspect some other illegal or irregular activity associated with the payment.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and the Terms and Conditions and all other policies and rules of the website.


6. Orders

Placing an Order constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) from us.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Once an Order is paid and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee acceptance of your Order, which will be finalised upon dispatch.


7. Payments in Instalments

We also accept Buy Now, Pay Later payment options (a payment in instalments option) provided you are using one of our approved third party payment processors ("BNPL Payment Provider"). In order to qualify for this payment option, the Order must be within the minimum and maximum order value set out in the table below and subject to you meeting the BNPL Payment Provider's eligibility criteria. 

If you avail this option, you will be entering into a contract with the BNPL Payment Provider. You may be requested by the BNPL Payment Provider to provide personal documents and be subjected to credit checks to verify your identity.

This service is not provided by us. We are not licensed or authorised to provide such services, and we do not assume any liability for a customer's choice to use the BNPL Payment Provider's services. 

If you have any questions or doubts, you must contact the BNPL Payment Provider directly.

If you return or cancel an item from an Order where you have opted to pay the purchase price in instalments, you must contact your bank to cancel the instalment plan or suspend any processing fees that may apply. If you have paid using a BNPL Payment Provider, your refund will be processed in accordance with the BNPL Payment Provider's terms of service.



8. PayPal Payments

PayPal does not currently support payments in AED. You may still use PayPal as a payment option on our website when you checkout, however all transactions processed by PayPal will be charged in USD. If you wish to pay for your Order via PayPal, an additional charge may apply on the currency conversion. Orders completed through PayPal will be redirected to a PayPal page.

We currently accept these payment options for our customer's convenience. However, we may withdraw or choose not to accept some of these payment options on our website at any time, provided that Orders already placed and paid for prior to withdrawing the payment option will be honoured if payment was processed and accepted.

For certain payment methods we may request additional personal documents to verify your identity, such as a passport copy or a valid identification card issued by a government authority with photo, in case we suspect any unusual activity on your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the payment options available on your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the payment options available on the website (or any portion thereof) if we suspect any fraudulent or suspicious activity. 

We are not responsible or liable to inform you of any changes we may implement to the payment options. It is the customer's responsibility to get in touch with us in order to get the payment options reactivated.


9. Shipping and Delivery


We offer fast worldwide delivery of the Orders. Shipping fees are outlined at checkout. 
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Delays do not entitle customers to cancellations or compensation.

10. Cancellation and Changes


You may, at any time prior to us notifying you that your Order has been processed, contact us or use the website to cancel or change the Order. 


If you do so, we will at your request either: (i) cancel the Order free of charge and issue you with a full refund, or (ii) we may agree to make certain changes to the Order, subject to stock availability and any applicable price adjustments. 


If the Order has already been processed by us, you will be unable to cancel the Order or make changes to the Order. You can return the items in accordance with our returns process after you receive the Order for a refund, and alternatively place a new Order with the items you wish to purchase.


11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds


Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags.


Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer (IBAN required) or as a store credit within 7-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


Please note that certain items are not returnable and we will label the items non-returnable either in the item description page or at checkout, so make sure you verify this before you place your Order. However, non-returnable items may still be returned to us if you accidentally received the wrong item in your Order, or if the item was received damaged.


Shoes / sneakers / slides or any other footwear will only be accepted for a return if they are in the condition they were receive in (brand-new) and without any damage to the items or their packaging. To avoid damage, shoes / sneakers should only be tried on carpeted / perfectly clean surfaces avoiding any damage to the footwear. 


Any items returned with scuffing, scratches, dents, or any type of damage or visible signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with a rejected refund request.


If you receive an item that is defective or in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 3 (three) business days from the date of delivery. To report an issue, please contact us at info@tonefootwear.com with your order details and clear photographs of the defective or damaged item. 


Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the refund or exchange being denied. We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on availability and the nature of the defect.

12. Sustainability / Tree Planting Pledge


In an effort to contribute to sustainability and eco-consciousness, we aim to supply brands that contribute to a greener planet by adopting eco-friendly processes. 


We do not make any claims in regard to the brands' sustainability standards nor do we verify the brand's practices. These representations are made by the brands themselves.

13. Limitation of Liability


We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.


In no case shall we, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of
the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.


In any event, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

At the time of publication on our website, all product descriptions are believed to be accurate. We also strive to represent the products on our website as accurately as possible. 


However, we may be restricted by the descriptions of the products provided by the brands. Colours, sizes of the products and the resolution of the images may vary. All measurements and weights provided are approximate.

17. Intellectual Property Rights


Your use of the website and its contents does not grant you any copyright, design, trademark or other intellectual property rights relating to the Content, including our software, HTML or other code contained in the website. All such Content including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this website is typically protected by national and international intellectual property laws and treaties. 


Any reproduction or redistribution of the Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. 19. Trade Compliance


We will not trade with, or provide any services to, or process transactions involving individuals, entities, or countries sanctioned by the the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury and any other applicable regulatory authority.


20. Account Confidentiality

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.



21. No Implied Warranties


Except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions or required by applicable law, we make no promise, representation, covenant or warranty and offer no other conditions, express or implied, regarding any matter, including, without limitation, the merchantability, suitability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, or non-infringement of any of the products sold through the website. 


Your use of any products purchased from the website is at your sole risk and it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.



22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These Terms and Conditions are governed by 
the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.


All claims and disputes arising out of or in connection with these 
Terms and Conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
