Naked Wolfe co-founder Bronte Mance believes the brand’s success with platform boots was partly fueled by the pandemic. In the period just before COVID-19, the brand had already reached over $80 million in global shoe sales. “Consumers started broadening their horizons, which gave brands like ours the chance to showcase our designs without relying on traditional runway shows,” she explained. At one point, the young company was selling over 5,000 pairs of shoes per week.
